Returns & Exchanges Policy

At UIALECG, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the details below to understand how we can assist you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.  
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.  

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., graduation gowns with school logos).  
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.  

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us:Send us an email at uialecg@foxmail.com or log in to your account to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and details about the issue.  
2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.  
3. Ship the Item:Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided by our team.  
4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 2–5 business days.  

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).  
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or product, we will gladly exchange your item, subject to availability.  
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.  

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at uialecg@foxmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.  

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.  
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by our team.
